Have you ever wondered what survivors of Covid-19 virus have had to overcome? Those who have recovered from the virus:  Can you explain with great detail your experience in battling this extremely contagious virus? The ongoing hustle of 21st Century life with all the familiar stresses and strains, give rise to the reality that we may all face some form of the virus.  This personal story in poetry and prose, accessible to a broad audience, describes survival at home in isolation at an epicenter of the pandemic in Madrid-Spain.  Learn how to counter-attack this powerful virus in natural ways, using the integration of body, mind, and soul. Sections are presented in Spanish. Rosalinda, native of California, not only describes with poetry and prose the five weeks of her personal battle with the virus, but gives us a guideline of her recovery through humour, yoga and love. Poetry and practicality merge in this unique survival journal that integrates art and science describing all of the symptoms, tribulations, pains, and emotional stress a person with COVID-19 must defeat as well as a recovery plan and reference section.
